task と job の違い

task と work の違い

間違えやすいポイント
1. 数えられる名詞として使う
task は「1つ1つの作業」なので数えられます。仕事の量全体を言うなら work（数えない）を使います。

Title: Yuki’s To-Do List
On Monday morning, Yuki wrote her tasks for the day on a list. She had five tasks: answer emails, write a report, call a client, book a meeting room, and clean her desk.
The first task was easy. But writing the report was a difficult task, and it took two hours. At lunch, her boss came to her desk. “Yuki, can you plan the welcome party for the new staff?” he asked. Now she was tasked with one more job.
Yuki added the new task to her list. In the afternoon, she finished the other tasks one by one.
At six o’clock, she looked at the list. Every task was checked. “Done!” she said with a smile.
