Title: A Difficult Choice

Tom works in a small company. One day, his boss gave him a difficult task: to decide whether the company should expand or stay small. It was a difficult decision. He thought about it day and night. The situation was challenging, and the pressure was tough.

He used trial and error to make small plans. Sometimes they worked, and sometimes they didn’t. His coworker Jane helped him a lot. “Let’s not rush,” she said. “Every plan has its ups and downs.”
