Last month, our company hired a new boss. Her name is Ms. Taylor, and she became the manager of our department. At first, everyone was nervous. We didn’t know what kind of person she was. But after just one week, things started to change.
Ms. Taylor is not just a boss who gives orders. She is a true leader. Every morning, she greets us with a smile and asks how we are doing. During meetings, she listens carefully to everyone’s ideas. She even asked for our opinions before making a big decision about a new project.
One day, a supervisor from another department came and tried to boss us around. Ms. Taylor stood up and said, “This is my team, and I trust them.” Everyone respected her more after that.
I used to think bosses only care about power and control. But Ms. Taylor showed me that a good boss supports their employees. She teaches us, helps us grow, and treats us like equals.
Now, I want to work harder and become a boss like her someday.
